I appreciate your BMN knowledge as well as all round informative posts but I have one qn relating to an extract of your post below:
"forget Savannah, it effectively is a non-issue except in the minds of a few ... "
I remember months back that you said Savannah was a real issue that BMN could not move on from unless it was resolved. While I have considered the issue coming from this nothing company seemingly trying to ride on the coat tails of BMN and its resource, I respectfully can not see how it is a non issue when the company is yet to notify the market of any progress regarding the case. Can you elaborate?
