It really does depend on whether it was (a) an agreement or if it was (b) served by the QLD government without input from the company.
The company has acknowledged that it sees the terms as reasonable, but honestly I don't know whether I can believe them.
I wrote to the company politely to clarify this point, last Thursday, and have yet to receive any reponse or acknowledgement that they've read it, which is not that encouraging.
