Two board members, MA and Boserio were recently removed/resigned from the board, so a new appointment is no surprise. Could be another one to come after this.
Anyone know which boards Geoffrey Page served on before ?
As an aside, JJ's been with Otto for 12 years and was previously going to finish up by the 2020 AGM.
Once the board and management are sorted, I suspect he'll be going too.
