We small holders can only all hope that it doesn't come to that. History tells us that you are correct. I have read of many cases where shareholders got nothing and unfortunately that seems to be an all too common result. I believe that there is a lot of information on the www if anyone cares to employ Mr. Google on the subject to check it out for themselves.

I guess we should be hearing something about the refinancing negotiations in the next 3 weeks or so...
