There quite touchy about the delays ... however the project scope has doubled in the last year and they started out trying to figure out how to get rid of the 'nuisance' Tin (1000tpa) ... wadda hoot , now with Tin at $10,000 a Tonne , it is seriously adding to the projects worth , so they are back to drawing board in some respects..
This explains some delays , but still , it was first expected in May 2003 from memory , its now due July 2004. Telford assured me 'we would not say July 04 if we did not mean it ' .... for what thats worth.
