Is this a typo? Should there be the word 'have NOT' in there. If no, where did you see this please?

It is possible that CVL's late Friday afternoon ASX announcement is a "shot across AJM's bow", with no intention to really go to court, but "embarrass" AJM publicly and force them to settle the claim outside of court.
Totally disagree. The words in their ann is 'fighting words'

Anyhow, apart from the query on your possible typo, I will agree to disagree with you on this one.
I tend to agree w/ AJM on both companies' actions as to perceived liability (as a former quoter and production planner in an unrelated industry)
