Not sure how many contracts/ors you have managed in your life. You dont take a knife to a gunfight - irrespective of whether you plan to fire the gun or not.

If CVL really wanted to cause potential significant SP harm, they would have released the statement shortly after opening Monday morning, leaving the market to trade on a one-sided explanation for a couple of hours untill AJM could draft and release a response.

As it happened, CVL issued on Friday, giving AJM the whole of the weekend to respond, and when the market started trading on Monday morning it had both sides of the story to come to its own conclusions.

At the time of writing this email, the impact to AJM's SP is minimal, in fact, it is at 6.1c vs a Friday close of 6.0c.
