My fear is that it mightn't even get to the point of joint manufacture and ownership. There is nothing to black band or to claim Weebit owns its IP if it is used by nefarious parties to manufacture their own and self brand, resulting in zero royalties.

In working closely with the Chinese, we never know when they will sell us down the river until it's a done deal for them. Then we will be embroiled in years of litigation at shareholders' expense (again!) having to fund tens of millions of dollars to chase money and IP owing to us. Funs and games until they bleed us dry. I really am after a cast iron guarantee knowing their repeated modus operandi with American/European companies over the last decade.
