No, you cannot say that with any factual base. That is just speculation. Utter rubbish to be honest. What we can say with some assurance is that the ASX, at will, can pick on any listed company and put them under the microscope for as long as they see fit. Career civil servants and ASX employees who have probably never set foot on a ML tenement. The ASX called the shots on the terms of that deal at the end if the day. An utter farce, but a decent result. You would be amazed at some of the crap that gets an ASX listing without a passing glance from the ASX watchdogs, despite some boards having bad history.
What we are dealing with is nothing more than total bureaucracy from several government agencies, and I have no doubt that the Dept of the environment will be the largest headache in all of it.
