It's tough watching the screen daily. I'm usually busy doing research, making phone calls, taking phone calls and often I will just log out of comsec for a few hours.
The more you watch the daily "noise" of ups and downs, the more tempted you will be to trade it. It would have been fabulous to sell at 10.5c and buy back at 7c but that's all so easy in hindsight. The real rewards will come to those who are patient with a long term view.
