Needle, if you think you are going to get $100 of value for your BNBG notes, then there is definitely fairies at the bottom of the garden.
Forget what the prospectus said. It's a new ballgame now. You will need to focus on what you are offered on Jan 9 by the banks/company and whether you should accept that or not.
The reality is, first the banks, and second the bondholders, will end up as the major shareholders in this company. Ordinary shareholders will get massively diluted.
