Your story is getting worse. Now you are suggesting that ASX didn't bother agreeing to anything before the audit kicked off - In their directions they requested it.
Are you now suggesting that ASX, who are suppose to ensure the market is fully informed and have been on a witch hunt for months, would not insist on framing up the audit scope to arrive at an outcome that is aligned to their market objectives?? And that Clayton Utz would simply have a chat fest with ISX only to determine the outcome of an independant report.... you don't see the contradiction in that scenario?
Either ASX has been highly incompetent with regard to their input into the scope of the audit, or you are just making things up on the fly.
