Well there you go - after the close on July 31 is looking very likely now. Incredibly frustrating, but definitely not unexpected.
I dream of a time when NET actually isn't a nightmare. Hopefully I live long enough for that to happen.
When they do finally trade again and deliver the 4C, what are the chances of them updating the market on all of the previously mentioned 'projects':
