Agreed but surely ARM would have known ASX would not allow? i'm a bit confused that they can sell PDI and just put the paperwork in and they cannot but a company ?
surely they only need the top 20 to agree as they hold more than 50% of company?
Just asking as i'm not totally up to speed with ASX rulings
