The action you are referring too with AGS is being accross a number of stocks. For example for a few weeks now, BMN has been held around the 60 cent mark with some obvious capping and small sells down to the bidder, yet with the Buy side stacked up with bids soaking up stock.
I think we will find that rather than a takeover, we are seeing institutional buying in the quality uranium companies that are cheap & oversold. Many of these funds are cashed up on the sidelines & are ready to start buying again.
The uranium sector will be hotting up in 2009. What better place to start than the likes of AGS & BMN?
