A conspiracy, never.
In 30 years of trading, I have only seen exchanges close here at key trading points.
They will blame computer malfunctions and water damage and adjustments, but it is always associated wuth important market action.
By the way, I have one chat that rins a double 10 and 20 Bollinger Band. It can't get much narrower so a breakout is imminent.
