This is a terrible outcome for those effected, ie, blue collar workers.
Hopefully that money can be used in an industry that is sustainable and profitable, maybe retraining and employing people in a new and refreshed motor industry or elswhere perhaps.
Glad to see that they are not throwing good money (sic) after bad.
