That is a conflation of separate issues. Debt in the sense you are talking about (ie the company borrowing money (in whatever form) to fund growth) is not the same as "bad debt" in the reports. The "bad debt" in the reports refers to the length of time debts payable by Zip's customers have been outstanding.
