To me, this response is complete madness.
The vast majority of business's will no longer be 30% under, and therefore not be eligible for the reduced JK payment.
In round 1, it was very easy to deliver 1 month at 30% under.
Apparently now 1 in 4 Aussie workers are on JK.
That will reduce significantly in October.
