PGC: Recovery Ward or Intensive Care?, page-2

They are some very relevant questions, some that I have been wondering about for some time now. There have been management issues, there's no question there. The jury is still out on current management and directors, although I would imagine the verdict will be delivered in the next 6 months... hopefully the result is positive, but I would prefer to have some clue as opposed to hope.
The recent announcement was positive, but the annual report will be the one with all the juicy details. I'm unsure where the company is at in regards to financing, this is my main concern... I do believe the company is undervalued, so a CR would be a disaster I feel... does anyone have any insight into that?

I am also wondering where western bio med is in regards to current revenue and impacts related to the court battle... although I'm sure that will take a long time to resolve and we should be updated soon enough.

The reduction in costs was needed as they did appear very bloated... well the profit was being eaten away somewhere.... but I am hoping that in pursuing this cost out savings they don't neglect the idea of growing the businesses and income streams. I know the organic growth target was 8%, I wouldn't mind at all if they beat that, which potentially has happened in some segments of business but will be offset in others which have been negatively effected. I do like the idea of restructuring the businesses into 4 main pillars, should hopefully help reduce costs and be beneficial for customers. Selling Axis health was potentially bad timing in hindsight...

I'm looking forward t the AGM in late August, most of my questions will be answered there hopefully.
