I have stated a similar line of thought further up the thread.
Once XMAS and the Obama honeymoon is over plus the discretionary spending associated with XMAS eases we may start to see further job losses and therefore less spending.
Neither do i feel that the full force of the bailouts been realised yet in the USA or here. Europe is certainly taking notice and China is a big cog in this wheel.
BHP will still remain a quality company regardless.
