I am comfortable with this new appointment. If I was MC owning 26.6% of LEG I would expect to have board representation. The expertise Oliver Kiddie is bringing to LEG is a real positive. I offer no view as to any causal factors as to the appointment except for MC wanting board representation. Huge bonus for existing SHs.
