LT? If you had invseted 10 years ago you would be sitting on stuff all profit right now. We are not that far away from 1999 levels on the ASX. If you had invested in the states 12 years ago you would be pretty much stting on a lose right now (s&p500) down to 96 levels! Good luck with LT wheepo, maybe if you sell at the top during the decade you might win, but will you be able to pick the top? Doubt it. Why do you think the 10 year US treasurery notes are at negative or zero interest?? Investors punting that this is a better option to avoid loss thats why, telling us something don't you think?
