Yes, but that's off a $25M Market Cap. By any subjective valuation and any traditional tech multiplier for potential futures these valuations were way undervalued before the cap rise. $2B+ Market for NOR Flash alone. Pitt Street were completely undervaluing WBT to begin with and this derisking event pretty much guarantees funding to product and that should significantly outweigh the dilution.
