As CEO said, it will be a finance deal where interest payments over the loan are built in. This is standard with construction loans.
After that, LPD will attract many suitors as we have seen around the world with similar companies. So JV deals will become apparent. This means possibly sharing more profits however, but we could get a good reciprical deal.
Car companies, large suppliers/sellers want guaranteed high quality supply.
Our time will come, dont be panicked by resident non holders.
