Hi Rorbag
A couple of additions you could add below:
There are 174,853,651 total SOI, but of those there are 85,513,045 escrowed until December 2021, and another ~9M escrowed until later this year. Therefore the free float is ~80M for now.
One announcement i think you missed:
15 May 2020 - Amaero International announced that the Company has entered a Research Agreement with Fletcher Insulation commencing 15 May 2020. Under the Agreement, it will manufacture and test the new tooling production technique, and once tested and approved by Fletcher Insulation, the Company and Fletcher Insulation will work together to commercialise the opportunity. The Agreement will provide revenue and subject to performance will result in serial production revenues consistent with its growth strategy and will require additional capital equipment to meet volume requirements.
Lets not forget that Fletcher Insulation makes "Pink Batts" here in Australia and is owned by Owens Corning in the US who is a huge insulation manufacturer. Not sure building type construction activity is going to be at the high levels we would hope for, but we shall see how successful they are at proving the commercial benefits here in Oz to Fletcher first.
Another interesting (to me anyway) additional note from the 27 April 2020 - Signs development agreement with Automotive Manufacturer announcement.
"The Company further updated that thecost benefitsin reducing any rejects associated with casting, subsequent machining and assembly were significant, especially when critical helium decay leak tests were conducted after the final processing stage."
I think i mentioned before in another thread, that tooling appears to be a high priority and high revenue path for Amaero. Much bigger than anticipated. Plenty of comments across their various news announcements/media releases that talk about tooling and dies etc.
Regarding the Patent approvals, i am fairly confident that once phase stage of the "global patent application" is achieved, and it goes to the final phase as per their announcement, the temporary patent is already awarded and therefore applies until the final phase is approved or rejected. So in other words, they already have patent protection on the IP (and global commercial licence/sales rights) of the new metal technology even if the final phase approval takes 5 years to be approved.
