Today I had another company provide their Quarterly report.

It is a manufacturing company with all the supply chain complexity that that involves, and certainly much more difficult to turnaround and manage than the Crowd business.

This business has similar revenues to Crowd and also issues with CoVid that have impacted them. But after many years they are only now just becoming profitable with a $30K profit for the last quarter. Crowd bettered this number in the recent update.

The difference is that the other Company is trading at a Mcap of $50M. whilst Crowd is around Mcap of $10M.

If adjusted for debt and differences in SOI, then to be at an equivalent level Crowd should be trading at 8-10 cents and not at 2.4 cents.

For the past 15 months Crowd has been in a sideways consolidation pattern with a broad range of 1.8 - 3.5 cents but his can't last forever.

The accumulation volume is evident under the chart for this period and most breakouts occur in 6-12 months, so Crowd is well due to make a move as the Professional Investors have soaked up all the supply.

There is always a catalyst to start to move the price, which can be new investors coming aboard or additional revenue from a new business or a series of investor briefings.

And indeed Crowd has many pending opportunities already announced; from finding the secret sauce to selling medical devices, so it could be one of these opportunities coming to fruition.

I really don't think the price move can be far away, but if you don't follow the intraday action, look for the first daily close over 3.5 cents, as this will be the first indication in the change of sentiment.
