thats simple 0 nobody would ever invest in a company that never ever paid dividence. However CNP will pay dividence in the future if they survive. It may take a few years so i guess the SP will be defind by how much people expect will be the dividence and how long it will take for them to start paying. say 10c in 2010 (near year end) would amount to. Say 3 financial years which would be 3.3333 recuring dividence averaged over then and now. so by my calulations that would be an rough sp of 50c after that dividence was paid. The figures are absolute speculation and most likely wrong.

But I find eps is the best way to work companies value. eg $10 for CNP at 20c dividence was way over priced.
