Ann: ASX Update on status of ASX Directions, page-25

This is the first time in 9 months that I have actually read correspondance from the ASX that gives me the feeling that we are close to being re-listed. This would have to be the most positive anouncement from the ASX regarding the suspension I have read in the last 9 months. If I was a betting man I would be willing to put my house on it that ASIC have advised ASX that there are no major issues with ISX from their part.

I think within the next 6 weeks we will be back trading......ASX would have been advised by their lawyers that they are F*&@ked and you better cut and do a deal now before you get wiped.

The best anouncement I have read from the ASX in 9 months.
