I think you'll find it wasn't just 1 investor and it went to a few safe handed sophisticated investors, so unlikely to trigger a substantial holder notice.
Europe is open for business so expect the drilling to start in the next day or so. Interesting times ahead with gold on a bull run and some juicy results to expand the resource.
$2 = ~100m Mcap, still very low looking at comparisons, could be anything from here.
