    Hey Guys

" A Leopard Doesn't Change It's Spots" Now we know why that old quote is so true to life in asx's case.

Really though, never expected anything different from the asx, they'll push their controling powers until doomsday. Isx is never going to get relief from these guys.

And the thing is, the asx will dig their heals in further no matter what. ASX have all the time in the world, this matter doesn't bother the asx one little bit.

Even a win in the courts by isx is just colateral damage for the asx, the main thing is the asx's agenda was a success. (Whatever we think that may be) Paying out $$$ is just a cost of doing business. Asx would have already crunched the number and possible damages dollars wise and reputation wise. Asx won't suffer that much, people have short memories and move on.

Asx are going to be true to their word. Isx will never trade on the Asx again if they have anything to do with it. Imo you can see it, it's like on a big billboard, screaming at you.

The thing is, the law is structured for the controllers to control. That's what makes it so hard to overcome the system. Yes we all know it's BS and unfair what's been inflicted on isx, but the law is on the asx's side in everything that there asking. Asx know the buttons to push to make isx say no to their requests fot info. Isx won't give confidential info, its a catch 22 and asx knows it.

Comply with everything or your locked out of the game. Also, as JK said asx can change the goal posts, if you look like your moving into a winning position, your thrown more tasks so you never arrive at the finish line. Asx will just ask more questions, easy to keep the game going forever.

Asx will never let isx delist either imo. More rules to comply with until you can leave. And the 1st rule would be all has to be 100% OK and in order i'm guessing. We'll have to wait the 2 years before we can exit. The asx aren't going to give us an easy ticket out and sign off on what isx want! ( The Leopard Factor) Asx will use the full extent of the law, plenty of appeals etc. to keep isx boxed in.

The last option is being governed and under the control of ASIC, using the conflict of interest clause. Don't know how that will go, just have to wait and see.

Get use to another 16 months of BS, this isn't going to end until the 2yrs in suspension is up and isx can exit. All imo of course. Really hope I'm wrong.

I'll back isx to the end, and I believe in them, the board and their actions. I'm expecting a very difficult and frustrating time of it, until were free of the asx in October 2021.

There's never going to be reconciliation between parties that blatantly obvious.

    Sobering Thoughts
