So, they are buying a worthless company that has been around 15 years and is now valued at less than 400K, for no money, just issueing more worthless shares.
They are raising money from the shareholders to.........pay management 750K so management can get their own monday back.
Sounds like a great scheme......if you are part of the said (or alleged) managment of this company.
