None of this matters, fees passed on or not, this doesn't change APT at all or it's value. In years to come, the AUS and NZ revenue will only account for a small portion of APT overall. This topic has been beaten to death deliberately by the morons, it is nothing more than something to talk about when there is nothing else they can nitpick.
