Canada too a bit of a strange approach when they legalised cannabis, they put in strict controls on how it was legally produced and sold that meant the existing black producers couldn't meet the standards but they continued to produce and sell in the black market and while police tried to crack now on cafe's sell in black market weed it continued to operate. Regulation doesn't always work.
Contrast with Netherlands where cannabis is illegal but it is tolerated and it is grown and sold openly
Interesting the many different types of cannabis, I have a couple growing where the flowers are a bit purple which is different to others I have grown. I have all these seeds but they are a mix from different plants
