The court case on 21st is only part of this legal issue. TV2U were not involved in the court case, no, but it is not the only event there will be. The court case is just one resulting action from the original claim. For those saying the "money issue" is nothing to do with tv2u, you need to read again their own market announcement at the start of this thread. They have been accused of constructive knowledge of alleged misrepresentations by Silvey.
