Going back to our Dividend Discussion coming from Novonix's DPMG breakthrough, both for the Single Crystal Cathode DPMG and DPMG additional markets outside of EVs......

If you only use conservative Royalty/Licensing fees per customer(see calcs below), derived from the Single Crystal Cathode DPMG patent, and separately the DPMGPatent, the Dividends to Novonix Shareholders from this breakthrough technology are compelling.

The savings to the Cathode manufacturers of the DPMG breakthrough, Pharmaceutical, Vitamin, Construction Materials manufacturers will be in the hundreds of millions of dollars annually.

Even if we use a very conservative flat annual Royalty fee of only $US20million per signed Royalty/Licensing Agreement, the dividends (in red below) available to Novonix shareholders, in a short period of time, are very very impressive.

These Dividends, can commence almost as soon as the first Royalty/Licensing Agreements are signed, since there is no CAPEX or OPEX for Novonix, just an constant Royalty income stream...







No wonder Tesla's Head of Battery Research, Pr Jeff Dahn was so excited about the Novonix's Single Crystal Cathode+DPMG and DPMG breakthrough when Novonix announced it in May.






The income stream above and estimated Dividends, doesn't include the Royalties from NVX Electrolytes either....nor the profits from Novonix's prized PUREgraphite anode material....

What would be the ultimate for Novonix shareholders, once the first of these Royalty/Licensing Agreements are signed and the income stream begins to flow, which should not take long at all.
