I'm not offering opinions here
I'm simply shedding more light on their credit quality. Pls refer to their recent update, and previous financial reports.
They haven't demonstrated capacity to control bad debts. This isn't an opinion, simply going by data.
Why do I invest in 4 bnpl players? I think banks have had their day of ripping off card customers.
So as a consumer first and foremost, I value what the Zip product provides. But as an investor the trend line on credit losses is concerning, particularly heading into stronger macro headwinds.
