He is clearly more concerned about nickel, which faces a significant shortage in the next couple of years. There are several large nickel projects that can't even get funding at the moment, it's a major problem.

There is plenty of spodumene and lithium carbonate floating around, no risk of that running out for several years. Many producers have gone into C&M and we still have too much of the stuff. Many producers still selling at a loss. One of the reasons why AVZ won't get funding in the near future.
