By the looks I'd say yes imo..
Weekly Charts MA's are crossing the STT has more to go and Weekly Macd just turned as well on the Monthly the MA's are at 52c which is saying anything under that is a buy, Monthly STT is at 12.5% could go to 80% vols are up.imo
80 buyers 23 sellers she's getting tight...
