once a weekly close above $30 is made, I see that as a DEFINITIVE confirmation of the resumption of a powerful uptrend that could well see NCM target its highs and beyond.

And that means a s/p of +$40

The host of sellers sitting on the resistance at $30 will see NCM cut through them like a hot knife through butter if NCM keeps going the way it is.
