Carosa had already commenced and completed this before the two new guys joined the board.
There may have been a little more to do but the majority of the clean up had been done.
Also if you read the previous announcements then it certainly does indicate a turnaround for the existing divisions as well.
In any event the Directors now need to keep the news flowing on revenues IF THEY WANT the share price up.
If they dont then expect nothing from the company in the way of positive news.
