    SPS is the future of the company (if it has one) but how can you have faith in management when they have announced three big projects.

    $100m MOU in South Africa - Never eventuated
    San Quinting Desal - Looks to be cancelled
    Ivory Coast Project - Long delays, heading in the same direction as San Quintin. Delayed until cancelled.

    And China doesn't look a very reliable environment for a US based/Australian listed company to do business in at the moment.
