i think he gives a hoot about telstra's shareholders...all execs line their pockets...if the board was dissatisfied with his performance they would can him...
agree with poor service from tls(i'm a customer) but have heard it's the same (automated voice response initially) with all telcos here...
telstra needs to restructure but i've also heard the mentality from when it was in govt hands lingers on....in china they don't have to deal with unions
