    When looking at IC, please search "Cote D'Ivorie Water For All" where the aim is to provide drinking water to 95% of the population by 2025.
    This is the overall program that the project Fluence is to contribute to.
    According to some articles, priorities are going to the most drought ravaged areas and there have been reports of successful delivery of smaller projects.
    IMO looking at the overall initiative the Cote D'Ivorie government is aiming to deliver gives a better perspective, than assuming no news is bad news.
