    Maybe you can explain how this sequence of events is a good look:

    1) Auditor gives clean opinion on revenue which resulted in performance shares being issued
    2) questions raised from OM and now ASX on validity of this revenue and therefore performance shares
    3) ASIC investigating in consultation with ASX
    4) Auditor 'resigns'
