Yes Raider, it's insane that we even had a Federal Treasurer and a P.M. virtually twiddling their thumbs as the Automotive Manufacturing Industry left our shores. All they could do was talk about moral hazard as they waved it goodbye, if I recall correctly. That's what we're up against. And we give these people a Parliamentary Pension just to rub salt into the wound.
Personally I don't believe we the people are dumb, it's just our so called leaders in some cases that are just down right stupid, vaccuous, greasy pole climbers whether it's in the corporate sphere or politics. I must be old fashioned but I reckon you should always bring enough to the table to justify your place at it and I just don't see that standard often enough these days.
