I have been using using CommSec for a while, (I was originally a Sanford Securities customer so got moved automatically when Commsec took it over) I find the commsec website quite horrible to use (the yellow and black is awful!) and it is a bit of a pain to navigate too, compared to the old Sanford website which was a doddle. According to their website I have zero money in my account today, which is certainly not the case. I won't bother calling them about this though, as it takes forever to get through to anyone,(the average phone call to them will take 30-40 minutes, after holding for about 25 minutes, and then having to answer a million stupid security questions) and they will just tell me that they are having problems with the website today and it will be updated with the correct details soon. When I am trading a lot I have to keep track of how much money I have,as their website updates my account too slowly.On a good week it lags a couple of days behind with the correct account balances. Their fees are cheap, but I will be changing at some time in the near future.
