Good question... though some will likely think the answer is self-evident.
I think there're several factors that may make trading on the ASX again a good possibility, though what the probabilities are is beyond my ability to calculate.
1. KL's departure and possible disgrace may mean there is a change in ASX effective policy toward ISX
2. The court case may yield a directive from the court to remove the suspension
3. The possible threat of Govt intervention or even an RC may provoke ASX to change its approach to ISX and lift the suspension
The argument against trading again on ASX are much stronger and based on the AGM Resolutions 6&7. Especially if the court finds against ISX which will no doubt trigger the BOD to action the plan to delist and list elsewhere. The vote had only 4% against so the probability of such a move is high.
