It disturbs me that we are moving into a serious global recession, yet simultaneously have valuations basically as high as ever..
I understand that PE isn't everything.. the risk free rate has fallen also as an example, but valuations are still stretched by any measure.
The risk of a significant reset is certainly not trivial.
