If sp at the time of a consolidation is 0.2c then if you multiply this by 100, the result would be an equivalent sp of 20c.
In my experience, in the first instance of a recon. the sp does not often match the direct equation. I.e. It may fall slightly below that hypothetical 20c, on open and in the early stages.
However, if the recon can be achieved on the back of a solid announcement, there can sometimes be a premium, both for that reason and for the rationale for the recon. At say 20c it gives every opportunity for significant sp growth as the Co. moves towards production.
In the case of CLZ, they have what many believe to be an excellent suite of golden opportunities and have been constantly expanding their resource which in the near term should enable them to become a serious gold producer.
Dean Goodwin is a very experienced geo and has a long history in the immediate location.
Subject to a recon. at whatever division, (eg 50/1 would equate to 10c), I believe the future would be very bright.
